Teaching Experience

I have many years of experience teaching pupils from the ages of eight to eighteen. Having taught a variety of students, I understand that each individual has a different learning style and that you must tailor your approach to suit this. Whilst past papers are, of course, necessary, I am a firm believer that learning should be fun and engaging, and I try to mix up my teaching style with other resources to maintain the students' interest. I have found that for most students, particularly the younger ones, this kind of approach is extremely successful. They start to view their sessions as a holistic learning process, rather than just cramming for the exam, which undoubtedly gives them a more comprehensive understanding of the subject and pays off in the long run.

About Phoebe G

After graduating from university, I went on to work in television production. However, I quickly realised that I wanted to write the scripts I was reading and left to pursue screenwriting full-time. I am now signed with an agent at WGM Atlantic Group, working on various different projects whilst continuing to teach alongside.
