Course Overview



Great skin starts from the inside. Whilst a good skincare routine is important, it can be optimised when combined with a healthy diet filled with certain nutrients that can nourish and heal skin and make it look more radiant than ever. Different vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in everyday foods can truly work wonders when you know what to look for. In this course, students learn which foods could be causing their individual skin concerns: from acne to rosacea and eczema to ageing. This programme offers easy to incorporate tips and tricks to bring out that healthy glow and make skin soft, clear and youthful.
