Have you ever considered how a consistent self-care practice could positively influence your life? Are you overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information out there, have limited spare time or simply need some guidance creating and committing to your self-care practice? This course is here to cut through the noise and guide you step-by-step to develop and implement a sustainable and transformative self-care practice that can change and evolve with you. This course guides students to their new routine by covering the four pillars of health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Students do not need to have background knowledge to complete this course. Completion of this course will ensure students leave feeling calmer, more confident and grounded in their new commitment to themselves.
