This course is for those who are craving space to slow down and want to learn how they can manage when they are feeling overwhelmed. When things are ‘busy’ we often thrive and get a buzz out of the pace; only for that feeling to gradually be replaced by the feeling of pressure mounting and being overwhelmed. Students learn how to recognise the signs of feeling overwhelmed in themselves and others, explore tools to work smarter and realise the importance of prioritising their wellbeing so they can manage whatever comes their way with confidence and a calmer mindset.
