Course Overview

This course is designed for students who have studied Chinese in the past and know the basic building blocks of grammar, tone, stroke order and pronunciation, but are seeking to improve and address their mistakes and misconceptions. Through this series of lessons, students review the tones, pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure and grammar they should have acquired in basic Chinese Level A1. In each class, students have the chance to apply this knowledge through reading, writing, listening and speaking activities. By the end of the course, students will be able to introduce themselves and others, tell the time, shop, order food, talk about their preferences and more with confidence.
