Course Overview



Introduction to Greek is a course for students with little or no Greek language knowledge. The lesson series exposes learners to essential language skills and is perfect for students who wish to learn conversational Greek to communicate with loved ones or to experience a Mediterranean holiday like a local. Whether you can speak some Greek already or not, you will find yourself speaking basic standard Greek or Cypriot Greek from your first lesson. Learner's practice basic grammar with a focus on reading, writing and speaking. Through practice and conversations, students learn how to articulate and pronounce the sounds of the Greek language correctly. They are taught a rich vocabulary to hold a conversation with a local, order food or ask for directions like a pro.
